Nurturing a Calm Child through Mood-Boosting Foods | Child Nutrition by LivNewly

Hey Moms,

Juggling the chaos of parenthood is no easy feat, especially when our little ones are navigating the ups and downs of childhood. As a pediatric dietitian and an Indian mom, I'm here to share how our rich tapestry of Indian dishes can play a vital role in fostering a calm and happy environment for our kids.

Food is Mood:

We all know that what we eat can significantly impact how we feel. Well, that goes for our little curry lovers too! Let's explore some incredible mood-boosting Indian dishes that can make a real difference in keeping our kids cool, calm, and collected.
