Cancellation and Refund Policy

LivNewly Cancellation and refund policy 

We offer a very transparent and structured booking process.

 

Our flexible cancellation and re-scheduling option help you tide over those unforeseen events. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our services, we will be happy to offer you a refund as per our policy.

Payment: We accept payment via an online payment gateway. Session payments should be done a minimum of 12 hours in advance of the planned session. For instance, if the session is scheduled for Wednesday at 5:00 pm, the payment should be received by Wednesday, at 5:00 am.  This time window is needed to process the order and prepare for the session with the Therapist.

Payment Validity: Payments are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of payment. This is valid for single sessions, monthly payments, Early Intervention Program, Fluency Program and bulk bookings of > 20 sessions.

Booking: Booking for our services is confirmed once the session payment is done. We have different rates for outside office hours sessions. Our office hours are from Mon-Sat, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm IST. (i.e. sessions starting from 9 am and last the  session starting by 7.00 pm will be considered within working hours.)

Refund:  Please send a written request for a refund to our email – suhana.livnewly@gmail.com and contact the Admin Team at +91 7975219897 for early resolution of your request.

 

There would be a processing fee as per below:

All discounts applied to the booking plan would be removed and all sessions conducted till the refund request will be treated at full rates. In addition, charges of 10% of the total amount paid by a customer would be charged and adjusted in the refund amount. Banking transaction charges would also be adjusted based on the payment gateway used.

Note: If a refund request is sent within 24 hours of a scheduled session, that session would be charged fulling, and any remaining sessions thereafter will be processed for a refund.

Re-scheduling (Beyond 12 hrs from the session): Rescheduling of your session is possible. Please send a written re-scheduling request to our email – suhana.livnewly@gmail.com and contact the Admin Team at +91 7975219897 for early resolution of your request.

Emergency Re-scheduling (From 30 min Up to 12 hrs from the session): If for a genuine last-minute emergency, the planned session needs to be rescheduled – we will accommodate the request to reschedule the session but only after consultation with your therapist. 

​

Emergency Re-scheduling (up to 30 min from the session): This request will not be entertained and the full amount will be charged for that session.

PS- Emergency rescheduling should be minimized as far as possible, as it is a facility which we are offering to accommodate genuine issues only.

Emergency Rescheduling of Home Therapy Sessions ( From 60 up to 12 hours from the session): If for a genuine last minute emergency, the planned session needs to be rescheduled – we will accommodate the request to reschedule the session but only after consultation with your therapist. 

​

No Show: Since we respect everyone’s time; for “NO-SHOW” on sessions, we will deduct full session charges. 

​
